Equilibrium reading and magnetic field reconstruction
COCOS convention handling and conversion
Magnetic coordinate generation (Boozer, PEST, Equal-Arc, Hamada)

GUI Usage
Launch the GUI after installing the package:
pycocos-gui
The GUI supports:
loading an EQDSK equilibrium file
plotting selectable 1D and 2D variables
computing magnetic coordinates from selected systems
overlaying magnetic-coordinate grids on top of 2D plots
Build Documentation
Install the docs dependencies and build HTML pages:
pip install -e ".[docs]"
sphinx-build -b html docs/source docs/_build/html
The rendered site is written to docs/_build/html/index.html.
